Unravel Your Design processes your personal data because you use our services, goods and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we can process depending on the service you purchase:

• Time of birth;
• Birthplace;

• Data required to display Unravel Your Design advertisements via advertising networks (such as advertisements / sponsored posts on social media like Facebook and Instagram);
• Bank account details.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Unravel Your Design does not process any special and/or sensitive personal data.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16, but we nevertheless recommend that parents are involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this consent, please contact us at info@unravelyourdesign.com and we will delete this information upon request.

View, adjust or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Unravel Your Design and you have the right to data transferability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send you (or another organization mentioned by you) the personal data we have collected about you in a computer file. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@unravelyourdesign.com. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make in this photo copy of your identification document the following details unreadable: your passport photo, MRZ (Machine Readable Zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax File Number (TFN) (or the unique identification number that is issued to you by your government). You can also use the CopyID app of the Dutch Central Government. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but no later than within four weeks.
